Cards for building successful digital products that bring together strategy, engineering, security and AI.
I am Taleeq. Building the future today takes more than elegant code; the biggest challenges and opportunities lie beyond it. It is not enough to build the thing right; you must build the right thing.
Set a vision that inspires your team.
A vision is the star your team steers by; make it ambitious, clear and focused on the value you give users.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgBuild on facts, not assumptions.
Interview users, study usage data, and watch competitors and the market before you decide.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgTest your idea with the least effort.
Use a minimum viable product (MVP) to learn: a landing page, demo video or manual service that gathers real data fast.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgPlan for outcomes, not features.
Keep your roadmap a flexible ‘Now, Next, Later’ plan that focuses on the results you want, not a list of features.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgWelcome change; don't fear it.
Agile is a mindset that puts people, customer collaboration and responding to change ahead of a rigid plan; work in short cycles.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgAutomate your road to release.
Automate continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) to cut errors, speed up feedback and let your team ship fixes and features reliably.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgChoose an architecture that serves your strategy.
Architecture is a strategic choice that shapes scale, security and speed; weigh the trade-offs and pick what fits your context.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgThink about how it feels to users.
Performance, reliability and API design are all user experience; ask how your system feels to people, not just whether it works.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgSpeak the language of business.
Don't just say ‘scalability’; say ‘we handle peak traffic without losing revenue’, and tie each technical choice to a clear goal.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgRespect your users' privacy.
Privacy is the key to trust; collect only the data you need, be transparent and ask for clear consent.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgChoose the right way to plug in.
Decide whether your AI model runs as a separate service, inside the system or in batches, based on your speed needs.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgRun your models with confidence.
Apply DevOps to machine learning (MLOps): automate everything from data and experiments to deployment, monitoring and retraining.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgLet the numbers reveal behaviour.
Track the user journey from acquisition and activation to engagement, retention and revenue, and decide based on what you see.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgTend your systems like a garden.
Invest in reusable components and platforms, and fix quick hacks and design flaws regularly before they pile up as technical debt.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgLead by influence, not authority.
Be a mentor, a translator between business and technology, and a guide for long-term technical vision, not just a designer.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgConclusion
Connect vision, engineering and leadership, keep learning, and build products that make a real difference.
