Your Companion Through the Storm
Save in times of plenty for times of hardship.
Set aside part of today's plenty and keep it apart from your daily spending; it is what will protect you when resources run short.

Cards for building resilience and making decisions with clarity and calm in a crisis.
I am Samed. Crises are not a passing exception; they are the real test of how solid we are. I can't promise the storms won't come, but I'll help you prepare for them with clarity and calm, and move from surviving by chance to deciding with confidence.
Save in times of plenty for times of hardship.
Set aside part of today's plenty and keep it apart from your daily spending; it is what will protect you when resources run short.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgDon't put a plaster on the gap.
Fix the fault at its root with the best effort and resources you have, because patchwork fixes collapse at the first real test.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgListen to the quietest voice on your team.
Make a safe space for every idea, because the answer may come from those closest to the front line, not from the top.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgNever trust; always verify.
When decisive news reaches you, suspend judgement and test it in the real world before you build a decision on it.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgOne clear step is enough.
In a moment of danger, don't drown yourself or your team in long explanations; choose one voice and one short instruction that moves you all to safety.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgAsk for proof before you pass it on.
Don't let your tongue run ahead of your mind: a claim without proof is noise, and trust within a team snuffs out a rumour at birth.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgSay “no” to despair.
When fear cries “we're finished”, don't explain a long plan; speak one short, firm word of certainty that stops the panic spreading and restores balance.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgQuality before numbers.
A small, disciplined, close-knit team outperforms a large crowd without discipline, so invest in your solid core.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgExplain what you can; ask for trust in the rest.
When you make a decision whose reasons you can't yet fully share, be honest about it, then return to your team with the full picture when circumstances allow.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgWithdraw to protect your core.
If a place forces you to give up your principles, a temporary withdrawal protects who you are and is a long-term victory.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgGive a little today to gain tomorrow.
Don't enter a ruinous fight just to protect your pride; a temporary concession can open the way to a bigger gain and time to build.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgLand gently after the storm.
The storm stopping doesn't mean its effects have gone, so return to your normal rhythm in stages and test the ground before you put your full weight on it.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgStay silent and let your results speak.
When accusations pour in, don't drown in justifying yourself; keep working and offer solid proof that silences the rumour.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgRepair the damage; don't cast out the one who caused it.
When a mistake is unintended, let the person who made it put it right through their own work rather than casting them out, so everyone stays able to contribute.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgBuild your resilience every day, not just in the storm.
Storms bring down only what was built on reflexes and patchwork; whoever builds with clarity and protection comes out stronger.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgConclusion
Pick one card each day, and start from this moment to build a resilience that does not break.
