Cards for inner peace, understanding emotional storms and taking back the helm of your life.
Inside each of us are two voices: a mind that plans and analyses, and a heart that feels, hurts and hopes. I am Norfi, your friend and partner on this journey. I won't ask you to silence either; I'll help you hear both and find the wisdom in their balance.
Start with one thread.
When life feels tangled, pick one small thing: your sleep, one good meal. The rest follows.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgYour mind is a friend, not an enemy.
Don't blame yourself for drifting; help your mind with a timer, a list, a reminder.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgYour body mirrors your soul.
Your sleep, blood sugar and blood pressure tell the story of your inner world, so listen to your body.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgWatch your thoughts; don't always believe them.
See a negative thought as a passing cloud; when you watch it without holding on, it loses its grip.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgBe an investigator, not an executioner.
When a harsh thought says “I'm a failure”, look for the evidence against it; the truth is usually far kinder.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgListen to your heart and mind together.
For big decisions, don't rely on logic alone or feeling alone; combine both to find success and peace.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgThe smallest step is the biggest win.
When a task feels impossible, shrink it to the smallest possible step; that small win breaks fear and builds momentum.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgDon't fight the wave; ride it.
When anger or anxiety hits, aim to get through it: cold water, movement, a deep breath.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgBe here, now.
Juggling past and future drains your energy; drop your anchor in the present moment and stay calm, even in rough seas.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgYou are the captain.
You can't control the waves, but you can steer.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgHealing isn't going back; it's growing.
Pain is not the end of your story; it is the material that shapes a stronger, wiser you than you imagined.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgConclusion
Pick one card each day, make it your intention, and watch chaos turn into calm.
