Cards for the journey of emotion and spirit, and for finding balance by designing your life with intention.
Sometimes we find ourselves on paths we didn't choose, carrying roles that weigh us down and searching for meaning in the noise. I am Fawzooz, not an expert with every answer but a fellow traveller who has walked his own road. These are flashes from the lessons I learnt, an invitation to embrace your story and move towards balance and peace.
Admitting the chaos is where order begins.
Change begins when you admit you're caught in conflicting feelings and decide to change, even without knowing where to start.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgUnderstand your feelings, and you steer your life.
Self-awareness, self-control, motivation, empathy and social skills form a map for understanding yourself and getting on with others.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgFace your fear in small steps.
Don't run from what scares you; start in small, safe situations, and each step builds confidence and weakens fear.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgSay how you feel, calmly and clearly.
Instead of bottling feelings up until they burst, express them openly and respectfully, and conflict becomes a chance to understand.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgAsking for help is strength, not weakness.
In hard times, reach out to the people who care about you, not only for answers but to feel less alone.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgMake your prayer a meeting, not a routine.
Rediscover prayer as a deep connection with God, not routine movements, and make it your daily refuge of strength and peace.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgThe Quran is a message to you.
Let the Holy Quran guide every part of your life; reflecting on its verses brings calm, answers and clearer insight.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgFast, and let your soul grow strong.
Fasting is more than going without food and drink; it trains self-control, purifies the soul and turns you towards what lasts.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgGive your all, then trust God.
Trust in God isn't sitting still; do everything you can, then leave the outcome to Him and let go of the worry.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgThe door of repentance is always open.
Mistakes are part of being human, and repentance is a fresh start, not an end; seek forgiveness and begin a purer page.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgDraw your vision so you don't drift.
Decide what matters to you in work, relationships and health; that vision becomes the compass for conscious decisions.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgBalance is a need, not a luxury.
Plan time for work, for rest and for the people you love; caring for your life makes you happier and more productive.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgPlan your money to free your choices.
Money is a tool, not a goal; planning, saving and wise investing give you freedom to choose boldly and follow your passion.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgYour legacy is the good you leave.
Think about how you can add to other people's lives; a real legacy is built by giving, inspiring and helping others grow.
Fawzoozfawzooz.orgLive by intention, not by chance.
Don't live by other people's expectations; shape each day with conscious choices that fit your vision and values.
