Innovation is not a prescribed set of tools but a mindset that welcomes change, seeks understanding and values every voice. InnovaForge gives that mindset a path, from the first spark to lasting scale. We recommend that organizations and institutions:

  • 01Start with the problem
Define the problem before funding the solution; require Ignite exit criteria before any build.
  • 02Test before you plan
Put a prototype in front of five to ten real users before committing a roadmap.
  • 03Make the journey visible
Adopt the canvas as the single shared record of each initiative.
  • 04Close the loop
Schedule a retrospective after every launch and feed its findings into the next Ignite.
